Makarenko, O. Olshevska, Yu. KornienkoDeveloping a proper system architecture is a critical factor for the success of the project. After the analysisphase is complete, system design begins. For an effective solution developing it is very important that it will be flexible andscalable. During the system design, its component composition and development tools are determined. The system designphase is an opportunity to maximize the speed and effectiveness of subsequent development.There are quite a lot of architectural approaches for building systems. Despite their small differences, they have much incommon. They all define ways of splitting the application into separate layers. At the same time, in each system, at least, thereis a layer containing the business logic of the application, a layer of data interaction and a layer for displaying data.The "Clean Architecture" approach has been analyzed and adapted to the communication application for mechatronicsrobot laboratory developing. This approach allows to solve all the problems while building the application architecture: itmakes the code modular, tested and easily readable, and also positively affects the quality of development.New architectural components which was introduced by Google in 2017 was considered. The analysis showed that theArchitecture Components fit well into the concept and will interact with the "Clean Architecture" approach. Dagger 2framework was applied for a complete abstraction and simplify testing. Also, it is planned to implement the RxJava library.

Courses timetabling should provide an effective implementation of the curriculum in full.The problem of creating the courses timetabling has been given sufficient attention during the last decades. But even today,the process of creating the courses timetabling requires a fairly large part of human control. The typical problem of creatingthe courses timetabling is to plan a set of meetings between teachers and students over a period of time that requires someresources and should meet some additional requirements. Significant requirements in scheduling are those in which theteacher, student, or audience is not used more than once at the one-time interval. Creating the courses timetabling ininstitutions of higher education is carried out every semester. Preparing the timetabling of the courses is a labor-intensive,tedious process that requires a significant amount of human resources and time.In this scientific article, an analysis of process creation of the courses timetabling is carried out. In the course of work areinvestigated basic guidance documents for the creation of the courses timetabling. On the basis of controlled observation,where the observer was included in the process and conducted in real conditions, on the basis of the dispatch of educationaldepartment of the Odessa National Academy of Food Technologies, the process of creation of the courses timetabling isdescribed, and the main structures of the institution of higher education, which are involved, are determined. Tea is the most favorable beverage in the world after the pure water. Professional tea tasters categorize thequality of the tea in subjective manner by assessing the several parameters. The flavor, aroma and color of tea are themost important and considered parameters when professional tea tasters categorize and evaluate tea. The value of abovementioned parameters depends on the chemical composition of the tea. Basically, flavanols are major compounds whichaffect the quality of the tea. Therefore, it is possible to identify a correlation between flavanols composition of tea andprofessional tea taster’s valuation. The main purpose of this article is identifying above correlation and according to thatcorrelation design and implements “Artificial Neural Network (ANN) based Intelligent Tea Taster” to automate manualtea tasting process. This review is focused on training an artificial neural network according to identified correlationbetween flavanols composition and tea taster’s valuation and based on that trained artificial neural network After goingthrough successful training iterations and evaluations, a computer-based solution can be designed and implemented todefine the quality of tea according to its flavanols compound. The results show good correlation of estimated values oftheaflavins and thearubigins with the actual concentrations obtained by the system when we tested at laboratory. Thereview is based on ANN base Intelligent Tea Taster will automate the tea tasting process while improving efficiency,effectiveness and accuracy of the tea tasting process.

The methodological basis for offset in different conditions and modes of use of technical objects, with different properties are described. Content, features and mutual relations of the resulting indicators of the state of these objects are disclosed. The potential positive technical and scientific possibilities of the use of offset’s results when new technical objects are created or worn-out objects are updated are noted. The offset and use of the closing, instantaneous and the prognosis balance of technological efficiency of technical object's operation broaden scopes, deepens the possibilities of analysis and control of this process.
- ДокументAUTOMATIC CONTROL OF PARAMETERS OF A NON-STATIONARY OBJECT WITH CROSS LINKS(2018) A. PavlovMany objects automatic control unsteady. This is manifested in the change of their parameters. Therefore, periodically adjust the required parameters of the controller. This work is usually carried out rarely. For a long time, regulators are working with is not the optimal settings. The consequence of this is the low quality of many industrial control systems. The solution problem is the use of robust controllers. ACS with traditional PI and PID controllers have a very limited range of normal operation modes due to the appearance of parametric disturbances due to changes in the characteristics of the automated unit and changes in the load on it. The situation is different when using in the architecture of artificial neural network controllers. It is known that when training a neural network, the adaptation procedure is often used. This makes it possible to greatly expand the area of normal operating modes of ACS with neural automatic regulators in comparison with traditional linear regulators. It is also possible to significantly improve the quality of control (especially for a non-stationary multidimensional object), provided that when designing the ACS at the stage of its simulation in the model of the regulatory object model, an adequate simulation model of the executive device. Especially actual implementation of all these requirements in the application of electric actuators. This article fully complies with these requirements. СлушнаТехнології просторової візуалізації і симуляції роботи технологічного обладнання набули особливої актуальності завдяки тому, що забезпечують істотно більш наочний спосіб розгляду проектованого об'єкта. Віртуальні прототипи, в ролі яких виступають 3D моделі, дозволяють проаналізувати роботу обладнання перед прийняттям проектних рішень. При вивченні та дослідженні моделей істотну допомогу надає анімація – тобто відтворення і демонстрація моделі в процесі її формування або зміни.У даній статті описується моделювання потоку рідини в замкнутому контурі на основі твердотільної просторової моделі елементів мультизональної системи кондиціонування. В якості системи просторового моделювання та аналізу використаний продукт компанії SolidWorks Inc. Для моделювання потоку використовується інструмент Flow Simulation, який включений в SolidWorks і реалізує методи обчислювальної гідродинаміки. При підготовці до дослідження була створена просторова модель і сформована розрахункова область. Суть формування розрахункової області зводиться до виділення на моделі замкнутого контуру, що відповідає умовам наявності стінок зіткнення і обмеженості вхідних і вихідних отворів. Після чого задача аналізу протікання рідини по замкнутому контуру зводиться до вирішення стаціонарної задачі внутрішнього типу. В цьому випадку замкнута порожнина – це і є рідинний простір, а заглушки на кінцях отворів трубопроводу є тими елементами, які завершують формування системи "рідина-тіло". Для такої системи вже можливе проведення гідрогазодинамічного аналізу за допомогою Flow Simulation. Використання комплексу сучасних програмних засобів забезпечило візуальну оцінку картини перебігу холодоагенту по трубопроводу мультизональної системи кондиціонування, необхідну для визначення проблемних місць.

VolkovaWith the transition from natural to virtual communication, there are new technologies for presenting information, the perception of which depends on its presentation by modern multimedia. Visual perception plays an important role in everyday life, helping in learning and communicating with other people. Behind the most effective perception is a complex process of understanding the information obtained. Visual perception of information includes the processes of seeing and reading. Building assumptions on what we see, we rely on expectations, beliefs, past knowledge and previous experience. Reading is a complex activity that involves both the process of perception and thought. At the very beginning of the formation of reading, understanding is not common, but only after perception, as the development and automation of reading skills, understanding begins to outpace the process of perception, manifested in the emergence of semantic assumptions, guessing meaning within words. Perception of visual image is accompanied by the actualization of its auditory-motor image, without which it is impossible to recognize. Reading is accompanied by inner speech. The same information can be understood by different people with different degrees of depth, which entails the existence of factors that affect the process of perception and understanding of texts. Such factors can be divided into the following groups: characteristics of the individual who acts as a subject of perception and understanding; parameters of the text and the reality that is reflected in this text; features of the situation in which the process of perception and understanding takes place. Text in a virtual environment, ie media information - is more accurately and quickly perceived by a person and it depends on various factors influencing perception, as well as the type and method of presenting information. The purpose of the study is to analyze the perception of digitalized information, the formation of recommendations for professionals with UI / UX, which will be further formed into a prototype of a possible web directory. The aim is also to develop a possible tool model that can be used not only by the above specialists, but also by SMM-managers, business analysts and others. The methods of research were chosen analysis - the study of individual parts of the objects of study, comparing different approaches or their individual components to obtain a holistic picture of the subject area.

KlymenkoThe article deals with modern international standards ISA-95 and ISA-88 on the development of computer inegreted manufacturing. It is shown scope of standards in the context of a hierarchical model of the enterprise. Article is built in such a way to describe the essence of the standards in the light of the basic descriptive models: product definition, resources, schedules and actual performance of industrial activity. Description of the product definition is given by hierarchical presentation of products at various levels of management. Much attention is given to describe this type of resources like equipment, which is logical chain to all these standards. For example, the standard batch process control shows the relationship between the definition of product and equipment on which it is made. The article shows the hierarchy of planning ERP-MES / MOM-SCADA (in terms of standard ISA-95), which traces the decomposition of common production plans of enterprises for specific works at APCS. We consider the appointment of the actual performance of production at MES / MOM considering KPI. Generalized picture of operational activity on a level MES / MOM is shown via general circuit diagrams of the relationship of activities and information flows between the functions. The article is finished by a substantiation of necessity of distribution, approval and development of standards ISA-88 and ISA-95 in Ukraine. The article is an overview and can be useful to specialists in computer-integrated systems control and management of industrial enterprises, system integrators and suppliers.

ХобинУ статті розглядається система автоматичного регулювання, що реалізує комбінований принцип управління інваріантна щодо контрольованих збурень. У математичних моделях коригувальних зв'язків систем автоматичного регулювання інваріантних до контрольованих обурені-вам часто присутні фізично не реалізовуються ланки чистого випередження. В інженерній практиці для прогнозування сигналу корекції на час вперед такі ланки наближено замінюють форсує ланка. В якості альтернативи такому підходу пропонується вести прогнозування сигналу корекції на основі кубічного сплайна. Проведений аналіз показує, що окремі ділянки траєкторії руху-ня сигналу корекції можуть бути представлені безперервними, багаторазово диференційовними функція-ми (наприклад, кубічним сплайном). Для моделі кубічного сплайнів знайдені співвідношення, що дозволяють оцінювати їх параметри і вести розрахунок прогнозного значення змінної в реальному часі. Проведено структурний та оптимальний параметричний синтез альтернативних варіантів систем автоматичного регулювання інваріантних до контрольованих збурень. Порівняльний аналіз оптимальних систем, проведений в тимчасовій і частотних областях показав значну перевагу системи регулювання з прогнозуванням сигналу корекції по кубічному сплайну. У порівнянні з системою, де для прогнозування-вання використовується форсує ланка, система регулювання з прогнозуванням по кубічному сплайну забезпечує зниження інтегрального і прямих показників якості в кілька разів. Аналіз амплітуди-частоності характеристик систем автоматичного регулювання показав, що система автоматичного регулювання з прогнозуванням сигналу корекції по кубічному сплайну може ефективно гасити обурення в широкому діапазоні частот.

The problem of using softwaretools in project management was substantiated. A review of scientific works on the subject of the study was carried out.Four features that describe the need in project management tools were analyzed. A list of 10 alternative tools to MicrosoftProject was described. SWOT analysis of Microsoft Project was conducted too. Creation steps of the new softwareproduct “Daily ProM Software” were described. All buttons and their functions were justified. SWOT analysis of thedeveloped product was conducted too. The advantages of the program were described in the research.DAILY ProM is a process mining software tool that is used to analyze, visualize and improve business processes. It isan open-source software developed at Eindhoven University of Technology, and is available for free download from theProM website.With DAILY ProM, users can import event logs from various sources, such as ERP systems, workflow managementsystems, and databases. The software then uses process mining techniques to extract useful insights from the event logs,such as process flow, performance metrics, bottlenecks, and compliance issues.DAILY ProM supports a wide range of process mining techniques, including process discovery, conformancechecking, performance analysis, and social network analysis. It also provides a user-friendly interface that allows usersto easily visualize the extracted process models and analyze them using various interactive tools.Overall, DAILY ProM is a powerful tool for process mining, and is widely used by researchers, practitioners, andstudents in the field of business process management.

TrishynThe process of developing a virtual 3D simulator of the process of granulation of mixed fodders is considered. The consequences of errors in the operation of press granulator operators are considered. The difficulties associated with the training of high-tech and expensive equipment operators are described. The necessity and described difficulties of acquiring practical skills of working with such equipment at the training stage are substantiated. It is argued the need to introduce computer simulators in educational institutions in order to improve the quality of the acquired knowledge, form a complex decision-making skill for future operators of technological processes. The results of a survey on improving the efficiency of management of technological processes after the introduction of simulators at enterprises are considered. The data of the simulator market and its forecasts for 2017 by regions and types of the interface used are presented. The conclusion is drawn about the growing popularity of simulators based on the 3D interface. The advantage of using the 3D interface with respect to the 2D interface is substantiated. The types of immersion in the learning environment in various simulator interfaces are considered. The vulnerabilities of the 3D simulator are noted. The goal is to develop a 3D simulator for a press granulator operator. A solution of a set of tasks is proposed to achieve this goal. The plan for creating a simulator was developed. A detailed consideration of the development stages of the simulator is given. The possibilities of using the simulator being developed are considered. The possibility of developing a simulator of emergency situations is described. The relevance of this development is justified.

Target function of the power plant optimization was proposed, that considers energy expenditure in the presented plant and in plants closing the energy sources generation and consumption balance.

TregubThe article describes the construction of dynamic subsystem logical and dynamic model for batch sterilizer with counter-pressure needed for the construction of programmer. To describe the dynamics of counter-pressure autoclave is used mathematical method that takes into account the sequence of the autoclave. Modeling scheme for areas of heating and shutter, and cooling area are programmed in MatLab with the the heat balance equation. There are circuit modeling temperature changes in banks in areas of heating and shutter speed and cooling section.
