In practice, there are almost as many ways of doing this as there are insurers in the market. Methods range from a simple percentage uplift of the whole rating table, to sophisticated rating models dealing with many different parameters and variables for each rating group. A correct rating process normally should start with a calculation of the pure risk premium that is the premium required simply to meet the expected cost of claims arising from the policies written under the new rates. The risk premium should be determined from the base data by deriving appropriate values for exposure and claims. Then these values must be projected to the midpoint of the new exposure period covering written under the new rates. Allowance in the projection of these values for inflation and any trends in experience thought likely to apply over this period.

Between the ages of one and six, play is the primary means of fostering a child's linguistic, cognitive, and affective growth [1]. The PTESS therapeutic and educational system, transferred into a digital mobile application for remote application of a therapeutic and training system, is presented and discussed in the paper.
