Анотація
Дисертація на здобуття наукового ступеня доктора економічних наук за
спеціальністю 08.00.03 – економіка та управління національним господарством.
Дисертацію присвячено формуванню теоретико-методологічних і
прикладних засад щодо стратегічних векторів розвитку спортивно-оздоровчої діяльності в умовах глобальних викликів, що дозволить розмежувати повноваження у сфері управління спортивно-оздоровчою діяльністю, адаптувати окремі сектори до змінних умов середовища, більш ефективно залучати і розподіляти ресурси стратегічного розвитку, а також створити ефективну систему моніторингу.
Окреслено національні тенденції демографічних процесів у взаємозв’язку із завданнями управління спортивно-оздоровчою сферою, визначено, що пріоритетний напрям розвитку спортивно-оздоровчої сфери має бути спрямований на консолідацію зусиль всієї нації у боротьбі за здорове майбутнє, усталене сприйняття спортивно-рухової активності та популяризацію здорового способу життя. Дії, спрямовані на реалізацію пріоритетного напряму спортивно-оздоровчої сфери, повинні супроводжуватися формуванням суспільної свідомості щодо здорового способу життєдіяльності.
Обґрунтовано концептуальні засади формування стратегії розвитку
фізичної культури і спорту в умовах поточних викликів, пов’язаних із
військовою агресією та бойовими діями, що відбуваються на території України.
Відсутність системних наукових та практичних розробок щодо становлення і розвитку спортивно-оздоровчої сфери в умовах бойових дій та пост воєнного періоду, обмежує можливості передбачення та прогнозування на перспективу, а також актуалізує подальші дослідження у цьому напрямі.
Розкрито наукові засади управління спортивно-оздоровчою діяльністю в
умовах глобальних викликів. Досліджено методологічні підходи формування стратегічних векторів управління спортивно-оздоровчою діяльністю в умовах глобальних викликів. Здійснено аналіз тенденцій та умов розвитку спортивно-оздоровчої діяльності в Україні.
Проведено оцінку організаційно-управлінської системи розвитку спортивно-оздоровчої діяльності.
Обґрунтовувано стратегічні засади розвитку спортивно-оздоровчої
діяльності в умовах сучасних викликів. Досліджено зарубіжний досвід
управління розвитком спортивно-оздоровчої діяльності. Окреслено можливості удосконалення стратегічних орієнтирів та оптимізації підсистем забезпечення стратегічного розвитку спортивно-оздоровчої сфери.

The dissertation is devoted to the formation of theoretical, methodological and applied foundations regarding strategic vectors for the development of sports and recreational activities in the face of global challenges, which make it possible to delineate powers in the field of sports and recreational activities management, adapt individual sectors to changing environmental conditions, more effectively attract anddistribute strategic development resources, and also establish an effective monitoring system.
The scientific principles of sports and health-improving activity management
under the conditions of global challenges are revealed. The role of sports and
health-improving activities in the economic growth of the regional economy is determined.
The management of sports and health-improving activities under the conditions of global challenges has been studied. The national peculiarities of the management of sports and health-improving activities and the institutional environment for its provision are determined.
Methodological approaches to the formation of strategic vectors of sports and
health-improving activity management in the context of global challenges have been studied. The economic interests of the state and other subjects and stakeholders in the development of sports and recreational activities are determined. The essence, structure and properties of the formation of strategic vectors of sports and health-improving activity management in the context of global challenges are disclosed. The models and methods of forming and evaluating the effectiveness of institutional changes in the field of sports and recreational activities have been studied.
The analysis of tendencies and conditions for the development of sports and
health-improving activities in Ukraine has been carried out. The national and global trends in the development of sports and health-improving activities have been studied. Regional features and advantages of sports and health-improving activities are analyzed. The financial and economic prerequisites for the development of the sports and health sector in Ukraine are characterized.
An assessment of the organizational and managerial system for the
development of sports and health-improving activities was carried out. The national peculiarities and the state of the organizational and managerial system for the development of sports and health-improving activities are analyzed. The task of managing the sports and health-improving sphere has been studied in conjunction with national trends in demographic processes and, indeed, the assessment of the impact of the work of physical culture and sports institutions on the level of the nation's health.
The strategic principles for the development of sports and health-improving
activities in the face of modern challenges are substantiated. The foreign experience of managing the development of sports and health-improving activities has been studied. The possibilities of improving the strategic guidelines and optimizing the subsystem for ensuring the strategic development of the sports and recreation sector are outlined.
