dc.description.abstractПредставлены результаты экспериментального исследования влияния микроволнового электромагнитного поля на растительную ткань. Изучены эффекты микроволнового нагрева семян, зерна и увлажненной соломы при реализации соответствующих технологий биостимуляции, сушки и стерилизации. Показано влияние строения растительной ткани и влагосодержания на структурные изменения при микроволновом нагреве. Предложен метод оценки величины энергии микроволнового поля, преобразованной во внутреннюю энергию тела.ru_RU
dc.description.abstractThe results of an experimental study of the influence of a microwave electromagnetic field on plant tissue are presented. The effects of microwave heating of seeds, grain and moist straw were studied with the implementation of appropriate technologies of biostimulation, drying and sterilization. The influence of the structure of plant tissue and moisture content on structural changes during microwave heating is shown. A method for estimating the energy of a microwave field converted into the internal energy of the body is proposed.ru_RU
