dc.description.abstractДисертація на здобуття наукового ступеня доктора економічних наук за спеціальністю 08.00.04 – економіка та управління підприємствами (за видами економічної діяльності). Дисертація присвячена розробленню теоретичних та методологічних засад управління вибором напрямів технологічного реінжинірингу сучасного промислового виробництва. З позицій системного підходу обґрунтовано структурно-логічну сутність поняття «технологічний реінжиніринг». Удосконалено теоретико-методологічні засади управління вибором напрямів технологічного реінжинірингу. Запропоновано методологічні положення щодо формування механізму впровадження технологічного реінжинірингу, де у якості об’єктів визначені виробничо-технологічна база підрозділів, система управління, виробничі відносини та інфраструктура матеріально-технічного забезпечення виробництва. Зазначений механізм спрямовано на оптимізацію вертикальних та горизонтальних функціональних взаємозв’язків, удосконалення функціональних обов’язків, прав і повноважень, побудову організаційної взаємодії суб’єктів внутрішнього і зовнішнього середовища, внутрішньо-виробничих трансфертних відносин, впровадження ефективної системи матеріального та морального заохочення членів виробничого колективу. Деталізація сутності поняття «технологічний реінжиніринг» дає можливість відокремити інтелектуально-технічні інструменти інноваційних перетворень, такі, як технологічна санація, санаційний реінжиніринг, технологічна реструктуризація, логістичний реінжиніринг функціонально-технологічної основи виробництва та інфраструктури її матеріально-технічного забезпечення, організаційне перепроектування виробничих відносин бізнес-процесів і системи управління. Це забезпечує організаційну системність у інноваційних процесах та виключає постановку одних і тих же задач у тотожних поняттях. Розроблено науково-методичні положення щодо обґрунтування структурної декомпозиції комплексу робіт при проведенні технологічного реінжинірингу. Удосконалено методичний підхід до вибору стратегічних напрямів технологічного реінжинірингу. Розроблено механізм використання технологічного та логістичного реінжинірингу для інноваційного перетворення функціонально-технологічної основи виробництва та інфраструктури її матеріально-технічного забезпечення, а також організаційного перепроектування виробничих відносин і системи управління у рамках організаційного реінжинірингу. Запропоновано науково-методичний підхід до підготовки персоналу щодо проведення інноваційних перетворень виробничої основи підприємства та систему мотивації робітників в процесі підготовки до проведення інноваційних перетворень. Розроблено теоретичні положення щодо забезпечення та підтримки сталого процесу інноваційного перетворення проблемних підприємств у межах проведеного технологічного реінжинірингу. Обґрунтовано структурну декомпозиції комплексу робіт при проведенні технологічного реінжинірингу, що забезпечує системний підхід вирішення проблеми з визначенням зон компетенції. Розроблено науково-методичний підхід щодо формування та організаційно-економічного обґрунтування етапів проведення технологічного реінжинірингу одночасно з випуском основної продукції підприємства. Розроблено методичний підхід до обґрунтування механізму розподілу капіталовкладень при розробці загального проекту технологічного реінжинірингу виробництва. Це дозволяє відмовитися від механістичного підходу („жорсткого” регулювання виробничого процесу на основі „зачиненої” системи управління). Впровадження інноваційних перетворення виробництва здійснюється з урахуванням показників, які ураховують часові параметри результатів контролю стану та обліку виконання робіт з використанням якісних показників виробничої ситуації. The dissertation is devoted to the development of theoretical and methodological principles of managing the selection of directions for technological reengineering of modern industrial production. From the standpoint of the system approach, the structural and logical essence of the concept of "technological reengineering" is substantiated. The theoretical and methodological principles of managing the selection of directions for technological reengineering have been improved. Methodological provisions on the formation of a mechanism for the implementation of technological reengineering are proposed, where the production and technological base of divisions, the management system, industrial relations and the infrastructure of material and technical support of production are defined as objects. The specified mechanism is aimed at optimizing vertical and horizontal functional relationships, improving functional duties, rights and powers, building organizational interaction of internal and external environment subjects, intra-production transfer relations, implementation of an effective system of material and moral encouragement of members of the production team. Detailing the essence of the concept of "technological reengineering" makes it possible to separate the intellectual and technical tools of innovative transformations, such as technological sanitation, sanitation reengineering, technological restructuring, logistical reengineering of the functional and technological basis of production and the infrastructure of its material and technical support, organizational redesign of production relations, business processes and management system. This ensures organizational systematicity in innovation processes and excludes the setting of the same tasks in identical concepts. Scientific-methodological regulations have been developed regarding the substantiation of the structural decomposition of the complex of works during technological reengineering. The methodical approach to the selection of strategic areas of technological reengineering has been improved. A mechanism for the use of technological and logistic reengineering has been developed for the innovative transformation of the functional and technological basis of production and the infrastructure of its material and technical support, as well as the organizational redesign of production relations and the management system within the framework of organizational reengineering. A scientific-methodical approach to the training of personnel for the implementation of innovative transformations of the production base of the enterprise and a system of motivating workers in the process of preparation for the implementation of innovative transformations are proposed. Theoretical provisions on ensuring and supporting the sustainable process of innovative transformation of problematic enterprises within the limits of technological reengineering have been developed. The structural decomposition of the complex of works during technological reengineering is substantiated, which provides a systematic approach to solving the problem of defining areas of competence. A scientific and methodological approach has been developed regarding the formation and organizational and economic justification of the stages of technological reengineering simultaneously with the release of the main products of the enterprise. A methodical approach to substantiating the mechanism of capital investment distribution during the development of a general project of technological reengineering of production has been developed. This allows you to abandon the mechanistic approach ("rigid" regulation of the production process based on a "closed" management system). The implementation of innovative production transformations is carried out taking into account indicators that take into account the time parameters of the results of condition control and accounting of work performance using quality indicators of the production situation.
