SedikovaHigh growth rates of natural resources consumption in recent years, pollution of the environment contribute to the development of theories regarding the future provision of natural resources on the Earth. Thepurpose of the article is to study the concept of sustainable development and the need for its introductioninto economic activity, definition of ideas influencing the modern concept of the circular economy. The concept of stable development and circular economy is analyzed, common features and differences are defined.It has been established that the circular economy is a prerequisite and driver of the fourth industrial revolution. The basis of the circular economy are closed supply chains. They combine the usual processes of adirect supply chain with reverse logistics processes, ranging from product recovery, disassembly and reuseof individual parts.

KrusirIn the classical form, the stock exchange is an organized by professional participants, constantly operating wholesaler of the best securities, with special trading principles, admission procedures to securitiestrading and brokers. Historically, stock exchanges have become, in a sense, the peculiar locomotives of thesecurities market, and their role in the development of economic relations is quite significant. Today, thereare more than 200 stock exchanges with different levels of capitalization around the world. The activities ofsuch financial institutions have an impact on the intensity of economic processes throughout the market. Inparticular, the stock exchange provides optimal conditions for the circulation of securities and acts as a reg ulator of prices for them. Despite the large number of financial regulators operating in all countries of theworld, only some of them have saved and increased the capacity of their economic potential. The level oftheir capitalization exceeds 1 trillion and equals 87% of the global market.This article proposes consideration of the methodology for analyzing the existence of a dependencebetween the direction of the exchange and the economy. The features and problems, historical aspects ofdevelopment of world stock exchanges have been determined. The comparative analysis of ten largest worldstock exchanges, the rating of which is based on stock indices and data of the total turnover of trades, hasbeen conducted. The dynamics of stock indexes of the investigated exchanges for 2015-2018 has been considered.
- ДокументЛогістична структура товарного ринку: теоретичні положення та прикладні аспекти*(2019) О. В. НікішинаСтаття присвячена розробці теоретичних положень щодо формування логістичної структури то-варного ринку та їх конкретизації шляхом емпіричних досліджень. Запропоновано авторське визначеннякатегорії «логістичний ланцюг товарного ринку», обґрунтовано його відтворювальну природу й мету –забезпечення розширеного відтворення ресурсів у ланках. У ході дослідження логістичної будови ринкудоведено важливу роль зв’язків і взаємодій між суб’єктами ланок у формуванні структури ефективногологістичного ланцюга, виділено сім типів зв’язків з акцентом на зв’язки взаємодії. Обґрунтовано класифі-кацію логістичних ланцюгів товарних ринків, запропоновано нову класифікаційну ознаку – відтворюваль-на спроможність ринкових ланцюгів, яка дозволяє здійснити їх специфікацію за обсягами створюваноїдоданої вартості. Вперше на основі відтворювального підходу встановлено закономірність багатофунк-ціональної сутності логістичної операції, напрями зміни споживчої й доданої вартості у ринковому лан-цюгу. На прикладі українського ринку зерна й продуктів його переробки визначено специфіку будови ло-гістичного ланцюга, показано трансформаційний вплив сировинного експорту на структуру ринковоголанцюга, ідентифіковано його неефективні ланки. Наукова новизна проведеного дослідження полягає врозвитку теоретичних основ ринкової логістики, як нового напрямку логістики, що формує наукове підґ-рунтя для розробки державної логістичної політики в ринковому вимірі.

ChehlatonievaThe article examines the essence of the concept of "equity capital" and conceptual approaches to itsdefinition and classification. It has been determined that the concept of "capital" has had roots since antiqu ity, and meant a source of accumulation of wealth. However, in today's conditions of the market system capital is generalizing and at the same time varied, because it covers intellectual, natural, social capital. The importance of the correct calculation of structural equilibrium, which is a guarantee of financial competitiveness,financial stability and solvency in modern fast financial, economic and legislative changes, has been substantiated. Three approaches to the classification of the structure of the enterprise according to the normativelegislative base (national and international) and practical aspect has been determined. The practical analytical analysis of the equity structure based on the financial statements of the enterprise indicates that the equity of the enterprise in the current conditions of management decreases, in particular, by increasing the uncovered loss. The advantage of debt capital in the form of payables proves the need to make optimal decisionson timely control and adjustment of the capital structure of the enterprise due to the dynamics and featuresof socio-economic and financial processes in Ukraine.
- ДокументАналіз стану торгівлі агропродовольчими товарами України з країнами Африки(2019) П. О. Антонюк, О. П. Антонюк, Т. М. Ступницька, Х. О. БаранюкДана стаття присвячена дослідженню сучасного стану торгівлі України і країн Африки агропро-довольчими товарами. З цією метою пропонується використання в аналізі товарної та територіальної(по субрегіонах Африки) структур експорту, що дає можливість встановити особливості напрямів екс-портних потоків. Виявлено, що основні обсяги агропродовольчої продукції направляються в шість кра-їн Північної Африки. В інші 48 країн, а саме в Субсахарську Африку, де проживає більше 80,0% насе-лення континенту, що є потенційно величезним ринком для українських підприємств, приходитьсяблизько 18,0% імпорту з України. Торгівля з цими країнами знаходиться на початковому етапі розвит-ку. Встановлено, що для всіх субрегіонів, основними товарами імпорту з України є продукти рослинно-го походження і жири та олії тваринного та рослинного походження. Але їх частка в загальному про-довольчому імпорті поступово скорочується з 96,4% в 2013 р. до 84,3% в 2017 р. Також аналіз експор-ту в розрізі товарних груп показує чітку тенденцію до зростання абсолютно і відносно продажу з Украї-ни продуктів тваринного походження і готових харчових продуктів. Виконаний аналіз показує, що Укра-їна недостатньо використовує можливості розширення своєї присутності на африканському ринку аг-ропродовольчої продукції. Зроблено висновки про високу ефективність торгівлі з країнами Африки,про що свідчить коефіцієнт покриття експортом імпорту – самий високий у порівнянні з іншими напря-мами – СНД, ЕС, Азії. Доведено необхідність для розширення експорту в Африку різних заходів дер-жавної підтримки, в т.ч. дипломатичної. У висновках представлено рекомендації стосовно збільшенняпродаж агропродовольчої продукції на ринках країн Африки, а також напрям подальших наукових до-сліджень.
