DubnaThe coordinating control system by drives of the robot-manipulator is presented in this article. The purpose of the scientific work is the development and research of the new algorithms for parametric synthesis of the coordinating control systems. To achieve this aim it is necessary to develop the system generating the required parametric synthesis algorithms and performing the necessary procedures according to the generated algorithm. This scientific work deals with the synthesis of Petri net in the specific case with the automatic generation of Petri nets.

ЗозуляThis article is devoted to the development of a new method of synthesis a regulators’ transfer functions matrix of an optimal multivariable open-loop control system. The regulator is designed to maximize an accuracy of a nonlinear multivariable control object transition from one steady state to another. It is assumed that disturbances act on the control object and sensors measuring data has inertia and noise. Both disturbances and noises are an additive combination of regular and random components. Random components belong to a class of interconnected stationary processes with rational spectral density matrices. A substantiated method differs from the known one by the fact that during formulation and solution of the problem somebody uses a new block diagram of the control system, which takes into account the results of metrological certification of a sensor dynamics. Synthesis of the regulator is carried out in the frequency domain by the Wiener-Kolmogorov method. A new algorithm, which is obtained as a result of synthesis problem solution, allows you to find the matrix of regulator transfer functions , which provides a minimum of corresponding quadratic quality criteria’s. The first of them is equal to the sum of certain way weighted squared deviations regular repetition errors of the object path and control signals. The second criterion is equal to the sum of the weighted variance of the random error components and the control signals. To execute the proposed algorithm it is necessary to perform the operations of Wiener factorization and separation of rational matrices. The corresponding functions are contained in the freely distributed software package SciLab.
- ДокументFILTERS RESEARCH FOR FREE MOTION EXTRACTION IN SELF-TUNING AUTOMATIC CONTROL SYSTEMS(2017) V. A. Khobin, M. V. LevinskyiTechnological type control objects specific feature, which distinguish them among many mobile or electro technical types, is more low-frequency parametric disturbances spectral composition than spectral composition of coordinate disturbances. Most often parametric disturbances reveal themselves in changing control object transmission coefficient in the channel ―controller control action – control variable‖. On a number of occasions transmission coefficient can change in a wide range – in 2…10 times more than initial value. Coordinate disturbances change control variables but don’t change control object features. Besides spectral density of control variable change, under the impact of coordinate disturbances, has its peak in low-frequency range and characterize forced component of automatic control system motion. Parametric disturbances have influence on control variables and on control object properties, in particular on its transition coefficient. In this case, character of transient processes change, i.e. free motion component of the system. Spectral density of control variable changes, under the influence of transition coefficient change, has its peak, in general, in mid-frequency range. In the case, when using filters, even approximately, it is possible to separate out mid-frequency component from the overall process, which characterizes generally free motion of automatic control system, then it is possible to estimate current value of control object transmission coefficient using parameters change of this component. Such control variable components motions separation is used for designing selftuning ACS. In this case the informative parameter is dispersions difference of control object control variable and control variable of its model in the outputs of linear band pass filters. This dispersion difference is in proportion to current value of transition coefficient. In this article the results of simulation modeling computer experiments of self-tuning automatic control system with opened self-tuning loop are represented. The analysis of filtering efficiency, for three filter model options, are represented as well. The analysis was carried out with three different coordinate disturbances spectral compositions, with the same dynamics of control object and its model and with the different dynamics. Recommendations for filters structures alternatives selection are given. The possibility of optimal parametric tuning of filters is examined.

It describes the focal point of publishing houses Odessa National Academy of Food Technology and the automation of business processes. A complex business process models publishing scientific journals. Analyzed organizational structure of Coordinating Centre of Scientific Journals' Publishing ONAFT structure and created its model. A process model simulation conducted business process notation eEPC and BPMN. Also held database design, creation of file structure and create AIS interface. Implemented interaction with the webcam. Justification feasibility of software development, and the definition of performance based on the results petal chart, it is safe to say that an automated way to much more efficient compared to manual mode. The developed software will accelerate the development of scientific periodicals ONAFT, which in turn improve the academy ratings at the global level, improve its image and credibility.
- ДокументШВИДКИЙ АЛГОРИТМ АДАПТАЦІЇ ПІ- РЕГУЛЯТОРА(2017) Д. А. Шумигай, А. П. Ладанюк, Я. В. СмітюхQuality of the automatic control is the basis of economic effect of industrial control systems. The appropriate regulator settings should be found to improve the quality of automated control systems, but improved accuracy results in the reduction of stability margin, that’s why operators try to reduce setttings in complex systems (ie, set the "weak setting"),so the system could worke in all modes. Controller’s "low (all-mode) tuning" is the main disadvantage of existing control systems, which reduces profits. Frequent changes of plant parameters are the prime cause of low quality tuning and reduced efficiency of control systems. These changes are caused by changeable mode of plants, loop interdependence in multidimensional systems. In terms of operating the only one way is to ease settings, achieving reduction of loop interdependence, ensuring adequate stability margin in all possible modes of operation. The quality of work with such tuning is obviously worse and the profit is less. The article presents possible approaches that can increase the efficiency of automatic control systems and describes the adaptation algorithm for PI controller based on an analysis of statistical data.

МацуйImproving the quality of automatic control of the first stage of grinding feed ore to ore-dressing plants is constrained due to disregard of regularities the location of the material along the sand body (between turns two filar spiral) mechanical spiral classifier, which are quite important information on the pre- and post-production processes. Identification and registration of the patterns can significantly improve the quality of management of the first stage of grinding the original ore, reduce energy and material costs, as a consequence, lead to an increase in the competitiveness of the final product - magnetite concentrate in the global market. Therefore, the solution of this problem, which is the subject of this article is its relevance. The aim of the article is to develop a mathematical modeling approach and to obtain the specific location of the laws of the material along the bottom of the sand body mechanical spiral classifier. Sand spiral classifier body consists of top and bottom. The upper portion has a simple shape - the shape of a truncated pyramid, and bottom - more complex - form part of the inclined cylinder. The lower part, which is dedicated to the article, is more complex and has independent significance, because at low, medium and higher average value of the circulating load in the original ore grinding circuit manufacturing process takes place in this part of sand bodies. Dividing the lower part of the sand bodies by nine horizontal layers of equal thickness, and giving each layer of material in the form of a triangle, given them the edge effects incomplete filling along the vertical and finding the projection of all the layers in the upper horizontal plane carried graph-analytical modeling of regularities arrangement of the material along the bottom of the sand body mechanical spiral classifier. It was found that the mechanical spiral classifier 1KSN-30 lower part of the sand body is the serial number of the vertical bars, the volume of material that is subject to an exponential dependence with a maximum amount in the central part of which is determined by the capacity of sand.

БевзюкProduction of carbon electrodes characterized by considerable resource and energy consumption, so important is the task of improving the efficiency of production through the introduction of optimal modes of its component processes. Developed and studied a simplified mathematical model of carbon electrodes graphitization, which differs from the known models almost zero time to calculate it. Constructed simplified mathematical model allows increasing effectiveness research process temperature control graphitization carbon electrodes by reducing the time a study to determine the temperature at any point in the process. Research conducted simplified models accuracy by comparing the temperature values calculated by these models, with temperatures calculated for the original complex model, which in this case is regarded as experimental data. As a result, a simplified mathematical model can be used for the synthesis of process control systems, as well as in the control system real time.

KlymenkoThe article deals with modern international standards ISA-95 and ISA-88 on the development of computer inegreted manufacturing. It is shown scope of standards in the context of a hierarchical model of the enterprise. Article is built in such a way to describe the essence of the standards in the light of the basic descriptive models: product definition, resources, schedules and actual performance of industrial activity. Description of the product definition is given by hierarchical presentation of products at various levels of management. Much attention is given to describe this type of resources like equipment, which is logical chain to all these standards. For example, the standard batch process control shows the relationship between the definition of product and equipment on which it is made. The article shows the hierarchy of planning ERP-MES / MOM-SCADA (in terms of standard ISA-95), which traces the decomposition of common production plans of enterprises for specific works at APCS. We consider the appointment of the actual performance of production at MES / MOM considering KPI. Generalized picture of operational activity on a level MES / MOM is shown via general circuit diagrams of the relationship of activities and information flows between the functions. The article is finished by a substantiation of necessity of distribution, approval and development of standards ISA-88 and ISA-95 in Ukraine. The article is an overview and can be useful to specialists in computer-integrated systems control and management of industrial enterprises, system integrators and suppliers.

MaksymovaThis article is regarded to the search for the best power control program at nuclear power plant (NPP) with VVER- 1000 by gradient descent method for the objective function, which includes the criteria of efficiency, safety and damage. Criteria normalization to the maximum value is carried out when looking for the minimum of the objective function because criteria have different physical nature. There were chosen such objective criteria as depth of fuel burn-up, index of the fuel cladding damage and axial offset - the ratio of the energy at the top and bottom of the reactor core.

SimkinIn this paper was developed the control system of group of hot blast stoves, which operates on the basis of the packing heating control subsystem and subsystem of forecasting of modes duration in the hot blast stoves APCS of iron smelting in a blast furnace. With the use of multi-criteria optimization methods, implemented the adjustment of control system conduct, which takes into account the current production situation that has arisen in the course of the heating packing of each hot blast stove group. Developed a situation recognition algorithm and the choice of scenarios of control based on a decision tree.
