- ДокументIMPROVEMENT OF AIS FOR CONTROL OF THE BUSINESS PROCESS OF PUBLISHING SCIENTIFIC JOURNALS(2017) O. Yu. SakaliukWe consider business process automation publishing scientific journals. It describes the focal point of publishing houses Odessa National Academy of Food Technology and the automation of business processes. A complex business process models publishing scientific journals. Analyzed organizational structure of Coordinating Centre of Scientific Journals' Publishing ONAFT structure and created its model. Software “CCSJP Manager” was analyzed and found in it "weak areas." Automated information system was modernized. The economic feasibility of the software development was substantiated, and the definition of efficiency. The developed software will accelerate the development of scientific periodicals ONAFT, which in turn improve the academy ratings at the global level, improve its image and credibility.
- ДокументUSING OF ROBOTS-MANIPULATORS IN LABORATORY WORKS IN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTES(2017) V. Yehorov, D. PutnikovStudying of technical disciplines in higher education institution as a rule consists of 2 parts – theories and practice. Practice, is a type of educational process which allows to realize theoretical knowledge to the applied sphere. In particular it allows to provide an object visually, creating its image and visually adequate perception. This work is devoted to development of laboratory base of technical college with use of robots manipulators on occupations. Its relevance is shown. The overview of modern stands is provided in different higher education institutions, the analysis of their benefits and shortcomings is this. The task of creation of the robot manipulator for sorting of objects of color is set. The robot model including an automatic management system it is developed. The sensor of color, the regulator and the executive mechanism allowing to move objects to the corresponding reservoirs is its part. Possibilities of further development of a question, in particular, creations of physical model for use are given in laboratory works.
- ДокументIMPROVED MODELS AND METHOD OF POWER CHANGE OF NPP UNIT WITH VVER-1000(2017) T. Foshch, S. PelykhThis study represents the improved mathematical and imitational allocated in space multi-zone model of VVER-1000 which differs from the known one. It allows to take into account the energy release of 235U nuclei fission as well as 239Pu . Moreover, this model includes sub-models of simultaneous control impact of the boric acid concentration in the coolant of the first circuit and the position of 9th group control rods which allows to consider it as the model with allocated parameters and also allows to monitor changes in the mentioned technological parameters by reactor core symmetry sectors, by layers of reactor core height and by fuel assembly group each symmetry sector. Moreover, this model allows to calculate important process-dependent parameters of the reactor (including axial offset) as quantitative measure of its safety. As the mathematical and imitational models were improved, it allows to take into account intrinsic properties of the reactor core (including transient processes of xenon) and thus reduce the error of modelling static and dynamic properties of the reactor.The automated control method of power change of the NPP unit with VVER-1000 was proposed for the first time. It uses three control loops. One of which maintains the regulatory change of reactor power by regulating the concentration of boric acid in the coolant, the second circuit keeps the required value of axial offset by changing the position of control rods, and the third one holds constant the coolant temperature mode by regulating the position of the main turbo generator valves.On the basis of the above obtained method, two control programs were improved. The first one is the improved control program that implements the constant temperature of the coolant in the first circuit and the second one is the improved control program that implements the constant steam pressure in the second circuit.
- ДокументOPTIMIZATION OF THE COMPOSITION OF MUFFINS ON THE BASIS OF ESSENTIAL INDICATORS OF CHEMICAL COMPOUND OF THE CONFECTIONARY PRODUCT "VUPI PAI"(2017) A. Antonova, N. DzyubaThe article is concerned with the analysis of recipes of confectionary products on the basis of essential indicators of chemical composition meeting the demands of definite group of consumers (corresponding the physiological norms of feeding the different group of population). The ratio of carbohydrates and proteins which is determined for correlating group of the intensity of labour is analized. Criteria of optimality of the composition of present products were adopted on this basis. The received results give the possibility of choice of the composition of farinaceous confectionary product concidering the aminoacid composition. Variants of the optimized recipes of the farinaceous confectionary product enriched with gluten were obtained. Key indicators of quality of the made farinaceous confectionary product were defined.
- ДокументASSESSMENT OF THE STATE OF A TECHNICAL OBJECT USING THE BALANCE OF ITS TECHNOLOGICAL EFFICIENCY OF OPERATION(2017) S. VoinovaThe content, meaning and methodological possibilities of use of the developed and proposed balance of technological efficiency of operation of a technical object are considered. The methodological basis for offset in different conditions and modes of use of technical objects, with different properties are described. Content, features and mutual relations of the resulting indicators of the state of these objects are disclosed. The potential positive technical and scientific possibilities of the use of offset’s results when new technical objects are created or worn-out objects are updated are noted. The offset and use of the closing, instantaneous and the prognosis balance of technological efficiency of technical object's operation broaden scopes, deepens the possibilities of analysis and control of this process.
- ДокументTHE PROJECT MANAGEMENT OF INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS REENGINEERING (RECONSTRUCTION AND COMPLETION)(2017) K. Kolesnikova, D. Monova, Ye. Naumenko, I. Kheblov, I. GurjevCreative element fate of any activity may not fall to zero because of the turbulent environment in which these activities are carried out, always prevents this. Environment that makes each building unique, that is, provides the main basis of the project. When we are talking about complex construction, the share of the creative component becomes very significant. First and foremost, this is explained by the duration of the construction work, during which time to happen risk events. The article analyses the processes of construction from the point of view of their conformity to the concept of project activities. It is shown that with increasing degree of difficulty of construction or time of the last share of creative activities in the overall project grows. In recent times more and more widespread work on re-engineering complex systems, for example, building constructions. This means repair of the building, but not a simple repair with restoration of the original, incorporated in the design of building elements and their interfaces, and partial or full replacement of items that fail or are outdated, new ones require first, a new design of their structures and production technologies, as well as the design of the accessories for the installation and technology is reshaping the object. Combining the two above-mentioned factors of growth of the share of creative activities during the project management of the re-engineering of building structures: complexity and construction time, received a cognitive model of such growth. Introduced the concept of "reengineering in construction" as a combination of the processes of adjustment and worn or completion of unfinished buildings. It is proved that any re-engineering in construction is the project activities. Provisions are tested in a real reengineering of industrial buildings with a positive technical and economic effect.

A distinctive feature of this method is the ability to support more than ten most popular programming languages. By applying this method it’s possible to automate the process of recoding software components and, by doing so, it saves time programmers have to spend to rewrite the code and reduce the likelihood of structural errors inherited from the previous system.

VolkovThe models of Chapman-Jouget and Zel'dovich-Neumann-Döring are considered to estimate the width of a detonation wave in gas mixtures. Improved software package was developed earlier. The calculations of stationary detonation wave width are in good agreement with the experimental data. Estimation of the stationary detonation wave width is important for the detonation control.

Following initial data are necessary for proper selection of a regulator and calculation of throughput: a working environment, entrance and target pressure, expense, temperature of a working environment, accuracy of regulation, a class of tightness, diameter of the pipeline, type of accession, constructional materials, external or internal registration of target pressure, protection against excess of pressure.The decision of this problem is closely connected with the proved choice of types of the process equipment, wide automation of technological processes, introduction of new technical decisions, use of necessary means of the control over realization of problems of complex mechanization of technological operations. In article the analysis of work of the functional module of a vertical multiline automatic packing machine on the basis of a proportional regulator of pressure «CAMOZZI» with realization of a feedback by means of an analog signal of regulator МХ-PRO [1-3] is lead. The drive of the holder for a rolled material has been tested on proportional management of position of the directing rollers used on a technological site of supply and regulation of a tension of a tape of a roll of a packing material at formation of packing.Results on use as the operating module of regulator МХ-PRO for management of a drive of the holder for a roll of a material in view of a course and pressure in a pneumatic system are received. Carried out researches provide the way to raise operational properties of a transportation system of supply of a packing material for technological processes of packing modules at the food enterprises.

This is manifested in the change of their parameters. Therefore, periodically adjust the required parameters of the controller. This work is usually carried out rarely. For a long time, regulators are working with is not the optimal settings. The consequence of this is the low quality of many industrial control systems. The solution problem is the use of robust controllers. Explores the possibility of increasing the survivability of automatic control systems by expanding the area of their normal work. This is achieved by using an artificial neural network simple structure. The method is based on the cooperative effect of neural structures. In this block diagram of the controller is very simple. Such control effectively compensates the coordinate perturbations if they act on the control channel.
