- ДокументEfficiency evaluation of domestic solar assisted ground-source heat pump system for southern Ukrainian region(2017) Ostapenko, O.; Yakovleva, O.; Khmelniuk, M.With raising energy prices and more restricted environment regulations, the rational use of energy resources in household sector becomes more important. It is directly linked to increasing energy needs of humanity and the simultaneous depletion of traditional non-renewable energy resources in the world as a whole and in individual regions. Heat pumps are widely used in the chemical and food industries, housing and communal services. The use of heat pumps allows reducing greenhouse gas and carcinogenic substances emissions and, thus reducing human impact on the environment. The heat pump performance is based with following factors: the temperature of heat source, schematic diagram of the heat pump, climate conditions of the region, working fluids of heat pump (refrigerants and intermediate coolants), heat pump elements (type of compressors, heat exchangers, control systems).

- ДокументField measurements and investigation of supermarket refrigeration equipment(2019) Konstantinov, I.; Khmelniuk, M.; Yakovleva, O.Supermarket owners are looking for commercial refrigeration equipment in order to reduce electricity costs. With advancement in technologies, companies are moving towards introducing smart refrigeration system equipped with sensors. These sensors help in controlling the temperature and also provides temperature monitoring of refrigeration units. Low-power wireless solutions are also being developed, eliminating the cost of inaccurate and manual monitoring of refrigerator units. Persistence Market Research anticipates the global commercial refrigeration equipment to experience a steady growth throughout the forecast period from 2017 to 2026. The global commercial refrigeration equipment market is also projected to be valued at the US$ 45,913.5 million revenues towards the end of the forecast period. This study is based on field measurements which were carried out in "JUKAInvest”LTD laboratory. A number of experiments are carried out over pilot units and the detected temperatures were validated. The research site is developed by specifications, guidelines or characteristics that can be used consistently to ensure that materials, products, processes and services are fit for their purpose in accordance with ISO 23953-2: 2015 (E). Pilot Units are equipped with a modern data monitoring system. All equipment has been certified and complies with international standards. This part of the study investigates the performance of the freezer compartment M400S+. Using the field measurements, low temperature level cooling demands and COPs are calculated for peak loads, filtered and averaged to monthly values. The temperature fields are determined taking into account the features of the unit design, revealing the disadvantages and advantages for tested pilot unit. The obtained study results make it possible to determine the thermal fields for commercial refrigeration equipment, to determine the places of excessive thermal load and the ability to collect the input data to start the creation of a single model for calculating the commercial refrigeration equipment for low temperature units.

- ДокументUkrainian energy policy development. International experience(2019) Yakovleva, O.; Ostapenko, O.; Khmelniuk, M.Ukraine is in position of translator for West modern and innovative technologies which are ground and facilitator for Energy Policy development now. Ukrainian legislative base directed on energy and environment is floating long away from any activity of industry which is trying to follow West colleagues within Energy Sector to get profit and to create image in order to move toward world market. Ukrainian scientific society is hard working to fulfill this gap. The European Energy Union's 2030 Strategy is based on the targets for reducing carbon emissions, increasing the share of renewable energy sources, improving energy efficiency, and the reform of the Carbon Emissions Trading System adopted at the EU Summit in 2014. Ukraine has made a step forward by adopting a bill about Ozone Depleting Substances in September 2018. The problem is to be a good politician is not a deal you understand industry requests in full manner. Our team contribute a standardized set of technology-specific meters which describe methods all the way through the energy technology innovation system, covering from publications to policy mixes and energy market share.
