dc.description.abstractThe issue of human potential development of Shabivskoy united territorial community is considered in the work. The essence of human potential formation as a category of public administration is determined and the conditions of its development are characterized, the socio-economic analysis and prioritization of UTC problems is carried out, as well as the analysis of the environment and human potential development of Shabivskoy UTC. Measures to increase the efficiency of use and development of UTC human potential have been developed and tools for their implementation have been identified. Contains recommendations for the development and implementation of a long-term human development program, as well as a system of indicators for assessing the effectiveness of human resources and its development program in general.ru_RU
