Анотація
This manual is a practical guide for implementing psychological help services at universities, offering step-by-step recommendations for higher education institutions (HEIs) — with a primary focus on Ukrainian project partners, while remaining relevant to HEIs worldwide. Drawing on international standards, research data and partner experience, it presents a nine-step framework for building sustainable psychological support services, together with self-assessment worksheets and case studies from project partners, including Riga Technical University (Latvia), the University of Helsinki (Finland) and Ukrainian higher education institutions. It is intended for university leadership, wellbeing professionals, student affairs staff and anyone interested in psychological support within the university community.
