dc.description.abstractIn the work, a dynamic energy model of the building was created on the example of the educational building № 17 Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. Simulation dynamic modeling of the energy consumption of the educational building for heating needs was carried out for normal operating conditions and quarantine conditions (only a certain part of the premises is operated where the standard temperature value is maintained during the stay of people) when implementing the three proposed modes of operation of the heating and ventilation system. Based on the results of the study, recommendations were formulated for the introduction of energysaving heating modes in the normal and quarantine regimes. The features of the energy consumption of the building during quarantine restrictions, subject to the partial use of the building, are analyzed, the main disadvantages of such a regime are identified.uk_UA
