Анотація
Borysovets S.V. "Modernization of the electric drive of a screw conveyor for bulk materials". Bachelor's qualification thesis. - Odesa: ONTU, 2026. Object of development: electromechanical system of the silo discharge auger. Purpose of the work: increasing energy efficiency, operational reliability, and stability of the mechanism through the implementation of a frequency control system. The analysis of the technological process was carried out, and the kinematic scheme of the drive was calculated. The selection of the energy-efficient AIR90L4 electric motor (2.2 kW) , NMRV-090 worm gear reducer (i=20) , and Schneider Electric Altivar Machine ATV320U55N4B frequency converter is justified. Using the MATLAB/Simulink software complex,. It is proved that vector control completely eliminates starting shock loads (up to 50 N·m in amplitude) and ensures a smooth transition to static torque, particularly in the "start under blockage" mode. The technical and economic calculation confirmed the high efficiency of the proposed solution. Total capital investments for modernization amount to 57,742 UAH. The total annual economic effect, achieved through electricity savings and reduced repair and maintenance costs, is 60,067 UAH/year. The payback period of capital investments is 0.96 years (11 months). Occupational health and fire safety measures were developed.
