dc.description.abstractThis paper considers the process of quality assessment of business process models created using the BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) standard. The quality of business process models impacts organization activities and the software these models describe. Therefore, this study aims the evaluation of an error probability in business process models to improve their quality.
