This work is devoted to developing the method for determining structural survivability of intelligent superstructure (IS) with decentralized control principle (DCP) in providing intelligent services in Next Generation Network. To evaluate structural survivability here is proposed a middle-weighed value of the upper and lower limits of the structural survivability.
