Analytical studies of attendance of the forum on the salesforce platform

The relevance of the problem of web resource traffic analysis and research was considered and proved. The goal is formulated and the tasks of the research are listed. To study the subject area, the analysis of thematic sources and publications was carried out, which contributed to the choice of methods for evaluating the properties of the created web resource. Comparative analysis of forum analogues allowed to obtain the characteristics that the future software product should have.
