Business model of developing innovative product (for forage production of the Republic of Belarus)

The article analyzes the current state of the forage production in the Republic of Belarus. There is a brief description of the enterprise of Belarusian agroindustrial complex (OJSC Gastellovskoe) given. Furthermore, it presents a product, the production of which is planned in the near future. The innovative technologies that create the value proposition of the enterprise are described. An economic assessment of the project's effectiveness is evaluated.
