Multimedia presentation of an experiment in food industry

The article is presented experiment for monitoring change the color of marinated pork meet in two different types marinates. Of samples is made parallel laboratory and computer analysis. All steps of the experiment are presented through mind map. Mind maps help to draw up a specific plan of the experiment, for collecting and structuring prior information from scientific sources, describes the stages and presented graphically the results of the experiment.
