Information enthropy and freedom of choice

The article proposes a formula for estimating the freedom of choice of a person, similar to the formula for information entropy in information theory. The formula is used to compare the freedom of election in presidential and parliamentary elections in Ukraine and the Russian Federation, as well as in Ukraine, the Russian Federation and EU countries.
