NemchenkoUkrainian sustainable development envisages the food industry reforming and the formation of amodern structure of the national economy. Regional financial decentralization should help to solve this problem. Fiscal decentralization should optimize the economic interests of agricultural, food businesses, regionsand the state. The analysis of the formation of the modern food industry structure in the conditions of financial decentralization was presented in the works of many scientists: both national and foreign ones. However, so far there is no single correct decision. All this makes the problem of improving the structure of the foodindustry relevant. It has been substantiated that financial decentralization should optimize the economic interests of enterprises, regions and the state. It is impossible to separate the management of the food business and the region. It may be about managing the food business and the region at the same time.For the rapid development of the food industry, only lending under current conditions is not enough,and sometimes impossible. All this involves the creation of a regional food industry support fund that wouldstimulate the production and consumption of environmental products, introduce innovative technologies, helpto reconstruct, modernize and, in some cases, re-profile enterprises, providing them with benefits, subsidies,and subventions.

BeznisThe relevance of this topic is determined by the need for the formation of students’ leadership skillsand their personal social responsibility that will allow graduates to master the skills to work in a team, to bean effective manager of enterprise of any level. The article analyzes the prospects for the development ofleadership qualities of future managers using paradigm of the organization of this work at the Faculty ofManagement, Marketing and Logistics of Odessa National Academy of Food Technologies. Such indicatorsof the development of leadership abilities of future managers as intellectual-creative, organizational, sociallycommunicative and others were used. The analysis showed that students of the Faculty of Management,Marketing and Logistics have sufficiently developed personal qualities necessary for the current leadership.In this regard, indicators characterizing largely the development of leadership qualities, social responsibility,communicative and organizational abilities of students have been considered in the article.

ЧереватийВ статі розглянуто актуальність та основні аспекти роботи сучасного керівника, його місце тазначущість в суспільстві. Виділено особливі проблеми, які значною мірою впливають на поведінку, авідповідно, і на рішення, які повинен приймати керівник. Увага приділена визначенню основних ви-мог до компетенцій сучасного менеджера. З огляду на складність і багатоаспектність наведеної сис-теми вимог і компетенцій, виділено кілька основних аспектів самоменеджменту, як сучасної науковоїсистеми знань з розвитку і підвищенню особистої ефективності керівника. У роботі охарактеризованоосновні концептуальні погляди на проблеми самоменеджменту, запропоновано звернути увагу наокремі практичні методичні прийоми реалізації кожного концептуального напрямку. Автори приходятьдо висновку, що саме комплексний, системний підхід до процесу підвищення особистої ефективності ісаморозвитку дає можливість керівникові отримати від своєї діяльності не тільки значного професійно-го ефекту, але й задоволення від самого процесу роботи.

Theessence of the concepts of "sustainable development", "inclusive development" of the agri-food sphere fromthe standpoint of the systemic approach has been considered. The main strategic directions of sustainableand inclusive development of the agri-food sphere has been determined in accordance with the strategy"Europe 2020": formation and development of clusters, smart specialization, innovative development,digitalization. It has been noted, that the achievement of sustainable inclusive development of the agri-foodsphere is one of the key tasks. The features and role of intelligent specialization and clusters in providingsustainable inclusive development have been determined. The strategic vision of sustainable and inclusivedevelopment of the agri-food sphere has been proposed.

МуратовУ статті обґрунтовано сутність та складові відтворювального механізму стимулювання розвиткувітчизняного органічного ринку. Досліджено взаємопов’язаність інституційних заходів підтримки органіч-ного виробництва у площині забезпечення розширеного відтворення ресурсів у секторах ринку та фор-мування внутрішнього попиту на органічну сировину. Проведено оцінку пов’язаних проблем відтворюва-льного розвитку суб’єктів внутрішнього ринку органічної продукції, зокрема, індивідуальних аграрних гос-подарств і підприємств із виробництва продуктів дитячого харчування. Зроблено висновок про те, щостановлення вітчизняного органічного ринку відбувається на основі сировинної моделі розвитку аграрно-го ринку із формуванням типових структурних дисбалансів, притаманних ринку неорганічної аграрноїпродукції. Доведено доцільність розробки та впровадження відтворювального механізму стимулюваннярозвитку вітчизняного ринку органічної продукції на базі європейської практики, адаптованої до українсь-ких реалій. Обґрунтовано цільові орієнтири, систему принципів, компонентів та очікуваних ефектів відт-ворювального механізму стимулювання розвитку органічного ринку України. Показано його зв'язок ізстановленням основ інклюзивної «зеленої» економіки.
